Fees & costs

Methods of payment

Fees are payable at the time of treatment. We accept cash and most credit/debit cards.

Please do not ask for credit as a refusal often seems to offend.

If you are unable to pay for our services, please make this clear to our staff, so that we can advise you before treatment and consequent expenses are incurred.

VIP scheme

For pet owners who like to spread their expenses, the VIP scheme is for them.

The VIP scheme is the answer to the routine expenses of pet ownership i.e. Vaccination, flea control, worming and a six month check up. These can all be paid for by direct debit in 12 monthly instalments during the year.

Additionally there is a bonus 10% discount from the cost of any additional veterinary expenses that may occur during that 12 month period, including food purchases.

Pet insurance

If your pet becomes ill or is involved in an accident, it is a very worrying time for all concerned and unfortunately, providing the best care possible can be expensive.

Therefore to avoid the additional concern of expense or the need for compromise, we encourage all owners to consider taking out pet insurance cover.
